Felicity Dyson
Felicity Dyson has over 15 years of experience in Business Administration with a background in Project Controls and Accounts and Office Administration.
Felicity has been part of multiple mining construction projects such as Mont Arthur North, Foxleigh Middlemount, Bengalla Expansion to name a few.
Felicity also assisted Sean Dyson with the set up of Complete Parts and Equipment Solutions and managed the business administration and accounts side of the business.
Felicity was born and raised in Singleton and is actively involved with a number of local committees and community services. Felicity assists the local Singleton Neighbourhood Centre with annual Christmas appeals and fundraising efforts and is also the President of a local preschool Committee.
Felicity has always been passionate about helping others and is now channelling that passion into the inception of the Dyson Family Foundation.
John Abrams
John Abrams graduated from Charles Sturt University with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) Degree. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants, Registered Tax Agent and Justice of the Peace and has over 30 years’ experience as an accountant and tax agent.
Born & raised in Singleton, John actively served in the community through his roles as President of the town’s Chamber of Commerce and Apex Club as well as treasurer of a number of Singleton clubs and charities. John has served in the Army Reserves having completed his basic training with top of the class honors.
Whilst no longer residing in Singleton, John still has an affinity for his home town and has a number of clients in the area. He continues to participate in the Singleton community, donating financial resources and his time to local clubs & associations.
John readily accepted the Dyson’s invitation to assist them in setting up the Dyson Family Foundation to allow them to bring to life their Back Pack Pal initiative, an initiative which they are extremely passionate about. John is proud to be associated with the Foundation and will play a background role providing accounting support to the Foundation.
Gavin Skene
Gavin has been in the creative industry for over 25 years with also has a background in sales and customer relations for large global organisations.
For many years his photography has been known around the country and also across the USA and New Zealand along with being awarded as Photographer of the Year, next-generation photographer and multiple finalists in the Women in Sports Photography Awards.
For over 15 years Gavin has worked in the motorsport industry and is a Photographer, Videographer, Designer, Art Director and Content Producer. Away from the track, he has shot for many brands – from food to manufacturing to sporting A-listers.
He developed his designing skills side-by-side photography, starting with time at CATC (Commercial Arts Training College), with a Diploma of Arts & Web Development after a bit of time doing small ads for The Daily Telegraph.
Cut his teeth in the commercial world running a motorsport publication for over 4 years before being snapped up by Australian Consolidated Press to work across all the greats: Cosmopolitan, Cleo, Dolly, Australian National Geographic, Woman’s Day, Woman’s Weekly and many more.
Then to co-create a new brand on the Australian speedway landscape, the Ultimate Sprintcar Championship (USC). Along with the rebranding and refreshing of three major Australian speedway venues.
Now working as Marketing Manager for Complete Parts and Equipment Solutions he was rather keen and eager to jump on board and work with us here at the Dyson Family Foundation in being part of what he sees as helping toward the future for the children.
