Felicity Dyson has more than 15 years of experience in business administration, with a strong background in project controls, accounts, office management and business operations. Throughout her career, she has supported a number of major mining and construction projects, including Mount Arthur North, Foxleigh Middlemount and the Bengalla Expansion, where she developed extensive experience in project administration and financial management.

Born and raised in Singleton, Felicity is deeply committed to supporting the local community. She has been actively involved with numerous community organisations and initiatives, including assisting the Singleton Neighbourhood Centre with annual Christmas appeals and fundraising activities. She has also served as President of a local preschool committee, demonstrating her longstanding commitment to strengthening outcomes for local children and families.
As the Founder and Managing Director of the Dyson Family Foundation, Felicity has turned her passion for helping others into meaningful action. Under her leadership, the Foundation’s flagship initiative, the Backpack Pal Program, has grown from a small pilot supporting a handful of local schools into a well-established program providing hundreds of food packs each week to vulnerable students across the Singleton, Muswellbrook and Cessnock Local Government Areas.
Driven by the belief that every child deserves access to food and the opportunity to thrive, Felicity continues to work closely with schools, community organisations and corporate partners to expand the Foundation’s reach and create lasting, positive change for children and families throughout the Upper Hunter.
